my hello kitty toaster arrived and initiated a toasted foods bender….
it became this little totem of innocent fun in the midst of so many epic experiences
oddly enough, the good/amazing/really bad seem to have weighed out into this space where I am either really even-keeled or really numb
I worry tho that when the show closes I will feel pointless in new york. Its like a huge chunk of my identity dies and I am left to re-aquaint myself with this new place that I threw myself into.
perhaps sanrio can help continue my identity outsourcing. [Salon \”we are what we buy\”]
